John 3:31-36
31 He who comes from above is above all. He who is of the earth belongs to the earth and speaks in an earthly way. He who comes from heaven is above all. 32 He bears witness to what he has seen and heard, yet no one receives his testimony. 33 Whoever receives his testimony sets his seal to this, that God is true. 34 For he whom God has sent utters the words of God, for he gives the Spirit without measure. 35 The Father loves the Son and has given all things into his hand. 36 Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.
We have been on this journey and have seen the light of the Lord, Jesus come to earth to testify concerning God. Many will hear the words of his testimony and then make a choice to believe or not believe the words of that testimony. Choosing Jesus will be the best decision you ever make. Following Jesus will lead us to eternal life. Serving Jesus in this world will bring light, hope, and promise to those who may feel helpless and hopeless.
There is great hope in Jesus Christ and those who call upon Jesus to find peace, not because everything is perfect, and circumstances will always go your way. There is peace because there is hope. Hope is not about what things are now but what we know God is working them to be.
